PFM Heroes of the Week: Employees of Kim Huoy Chor Asian Cuisine

Rat droppings and dirty plates left on chicken were just the icing on the moldy cake for health code inspectors of Kim Huoy Chor Asian Cuisine. Despite the owner’s claim that, “Everything is made fresh daily. There’s no more bugs or anything back here,”it’s the first time the St. Paul health department reccommended a full revocation of a license. Thankfully, he’ll have to fire about 30 employees in order to pay for all the heavy-duty mops. We call those 30 people PFM heroes. Sadly, one loyal customer still claimed, “I think it’s great. They have really good egg rolls.”
