Training Customers Flashcards
“The British aren’t the only ones who need etiquette lessons. As you can see from this excerpt, Please Fire Me: Posts from the Revolting Workplace intends to teach etiquette to customers. Inspired by your PFMs, we made flashcards—not for customer training, but for ‘training customers.’ Each flashcard has a useful acronym to help you teach the customer a valuable lesson on appropriate behavior.”
—Leaders of the PFM Revolution
Please fire me. I get paid to listen to small children sing show tunes. I always say, “As a voice teacher, I believe that anyone can sing,” but that’s a lie. Most people cannot even sing a little bit, especially my students. Stop screaming in my ear kid and get me an Advil and a gig while you’re at it.
