Why is Miraak stuck in ethereal?
The battle with Miraak is scripted. When Miraak drops below 20% health, he will become ethereal and head to the pool in the center of the platform. After killing a dragon and absorbing its soul, he will regain full health and continue the fight. This cycle must happen twice in order to complete the battle.
Why can’t I hit Miraak?
Purely quoting from the wiki, It appears you’ve ran into the following bug. If too much damage is dealt to Miraak in the final battle, he will be unable to fully replenish his health and will be stuck in ethereal form, unable to be attacked or killed and thus unable to be defeated.
Why does Miraak keep disappearing?
