Where is MEPS in Wyoming?
The 65 locations are broken down into a Western and an Eastern sector: the only states that don’t have a MEPS location within their borders are; Connecticut, Delaware, Kansas, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Wyoming.
Is MEPS where you swear in?
MEPS is the Military Entrance Processing Station. This is where you will go once you have gone through the initial meetings with your recruiter. At MEPS, you will take the ASVAB, choose your MOS and take a physical. If you pass the ASVAB and physical, you will be able to swear into the military on that same day.
Is MEPS different for each branch?
Yes, the MEPs physical is the same for everyone and it’s valid for two years. As already mentioned, recruiters aren’t crazy about working applicants working with multiple branches.
