Armed pays well and my schedule was great. Management is very laid back and doesn’t micromanage you. Not many armed contracts though and pay for unarmed is about average. Other officers and clients are friendly for the most part.

Only way to advance is to become the assistant that does the job while the leader relaxes. You don’t , you have to hire in. Or if someone gets fired.
