Does Seton Sands have a beach?
Seton Sands beach is a large sand and rocky beach. The beach has some rock pools to explore as the tide goes out. The beach sits on a stretch of coast between Port Seton in the west to Longniddry in the East and just 30 minutes from Edinburgh.
Can you swim at Seton Sands?
This beach is a designated bathing water site. Further information about water quality at this site can be found on the SEPA website. Please observe local signage and only swim where it is safe to do so.
Do you get WIFI at Seton Sands?
Free Wifi is in the clubhouse but I could only get it if I was in the bar area. 4G in the area for me was faster than the free wifi so I used my data most of the time. over a year ago. Not in the caravans, it’s only available round the reception/bar area, I am with EE but the coverage was hit and miss anyway.
Is Seton Sands dog friendly?
In addition Seton Sands beach is dog-friendly, having its own dog exercise area. The beach itselfis a mix of sand and rocks and there is some interesting marine wildlife to be found in the rockpools which are exposed here at low tide.
How far is Seton Sands from train station?
Seton sands is about halfway between railway stations, about two miles to each. A taxi shouldn’t be difficult to get. There is and excellent bus service from the entrance of the park directly into edinburgh, including Waverley Station.
Does Haven have a gym?
Yes we do have a gym on park.
Do haven caravans have 2 toilets?
2 answers. Hi ReedG99, thank you for your question. Our different grades of accommodation can differ due to the makes and models. Some do have two bathrooms or at least two toilets in the caravan.
Can you leave dogs in caravan at Haven?
We welcome (well-trained) dogs in different grades of our caravan holiday homes and on some of our pitches in all our parks except Burnham-on-Sea and Riviere Sands for a small charge. Up to two dogs are welcome in designated accommodation.
Do I need to take bedding to Haven?
At Haven sites the bed linen is included as standard. Not only does having bed linen included mean one less thing to pack, but more importantly all the beds will all be made up when you arrive. Towels are only included in our Platinum caravans, so we’ll remind you to bring these later on.
Do all Haven caravans have central heating?
Central heating and double glazing doesn’t come with all Haven caravans. The saver models just have heating in the lounge. Of course, heating is less important in August but double glazing is good in summer because it helps keeps a caravan cool (double glazing keeps heat out as well as keeping heat in).
Are dogs allowed in supermarkets UK?
In the UK, there is no specific law surrounding dogs in shops. For most types of businesses, including pubs, department stores and supermarkets, it is entirely down to the discretion of the owner.
Can I take my dog into B&Q?
Guide dogs and assistance dogs are welcome in all of our stores.
How can I keep my dog cool in a caravan?
Damp towels and water sprays – if dogs are hot they like nothing better than being sprayed with cool water all over their bodies. Spraying water on their beds if they are flat beds or laying out a damp towel for them to lie on will also keep them cooler.

Do haven caravans have washing up liquid?
