What does Erasmus Plus cover?
Erasmus+ is the EU’s programme to support education, training, youth and sport. With an estimated budget of €26.2 billion for 2021, it provides opportunities for over 4 million participants to study, train, gain experience, and volunteer abroad.
Is Erasmus for non EU students?
Erasmus+ offers non-EU students opportunities to take part in its study exchanges for students at Bachelor, Master or Doctoral level, provided their country is eligible to participate in the required exchange (see section Who can take part?).
How much money do you get from Erasmus+?
Everyone who is granted an exchange place as part of Erasmus+ also receives a grant. The amount is between 400 and 510 euro per month, depending on the country and the length of the exchange.

Is there a deadline to apply for Erasmus grant?
For Erasmus+ KA1 Accreditation the deadline is October 19, 2022 – Once obtained the accreditation remains valid for the entire duration of the Erasmus 2021 – 2027 Programme.
Do you have to pay back Erasmus+ grant?
Depending on the amount you have already received and the newly calculated amount, you will then either: receive a top-up Erasmus+ grant payment or. you may need to repay a portion of your Erasmus + grant back to the University.
Is Erasmus mandatory?
If Erasmus is not compulsory for your course, grades are usually converted and count towards your QCA. Please consult with the Erasmus Academic Coordinator for further information on grade registration and grade conversion.
Who can do Erasmus+?
For projects relevant for the youth field the main targets are: young people from 13 to 302 , youth workers, staff and members of organisations active in the youth field; For projects relevant to the field of sport, the main targets are: professionals and volunteers in the field of sport, athletes and coaches.
