Do cars have to pay low emission zone?
We prefer that your vehicle meets the Low Emission Zone (LEZ) standards so you don’t have to pay the charge. If you do need to pay, charging days run from midnight to midnight, every day of the year. You can pay for up to three previous days, today or any day up to 90 days in the future.
Can I drive in London Low Emission Zone?

Can diesel cars go into London?
Can you drive diesel cars in London? All of Britain’s diesel cars are allowed to be driven in London, but around 9.5 million of them don’t meet the latest Euro 6 emissions standards. These cars will incur the £12.50 daily ULEZ charge if they are driven in the zone.
Can I drive my old car in London?
If you’re driving a classic car of more than 40 years of age, and it’s registered for the historic tax class, you’ll automatically be exempt without needing to do anything. However if your vehicle is registered outside of the UK, and should be exempt, you will need to make that clear to the authorities.
Can Euro 5 Convert to Euro 6?
Electric, certain hybrids and other vehicles with zero emissions are exempt from paying to enter these areas. Dispensation is also available for older cars, typically with Euro 5 engines which are converted to Euro 6 Standards.
