Does ATP have a dress code?
Blue ATP Polo shirt (provided by ATP) must be clean, unwrinkled, and tucked in. Airline Career Pilot Program students receive five free student uniform shirts, included in their ATP Training Bundle. Khaki, navy, or black chino-style pants or shorts with a belt. Clean, closed-toe dress shoes or sneakers.
What to wear for flying lessons?
A: You should wear comfortable clothes. During the winter it might be a little chilly, so wear a sweater or a coat. In the summer, please wear lightweight clothing that is comfortable because it can get a little warm during the flight. There are no air conditioners in the training planes.

Are tattoos allowed for pilots?
According to the ATP (Airline Transport License) Flight School, the largest private flight academy in the country, virtually none of the major commercial airlines allow their pilots to have any tattoos visible while in uniform.
