Quark is one of the few characters to appear in The Next Generation, Deep Space Nine, and Voyager. He was a main cast member of Deep Space Nine and appeared in almost all of the episodes of the show.

Is Quark in Picard?
Picard returns Quark, a Ferengi, ran the bar and gaming house on the space station. This version of the bar looks like a bigger, grander vision very much in keeping with Quark’s commercial ambitions. Whether or not we will meet the Ferengi himself is unknown at this point, but it’s a delicious teaser.
