What happens if you pay Mogrul?
Mogrul informs you that you are responsible for the debt and then demands that you pay him. If you refuse, Mogrul will send thugs after you to collect the payment until you complete the quest. You can either pay the debt, or simply kill Mogrul.
Can you get a house in Raven Rock?
Characters. Severin Manor is a large, Redoran-style manor located in the north-west corner of Raven Rock, midway between the market square and the Earth Stone. It is the only ownable property available to the player on Solstheim.
Can you furnish Severin Manor?
The Manor is well equipped to suit your needs while adventuring through Solstheim. Thieves need not steal items from this house as all of the furnishing will be yours at no charge once the sidequests are completed.

No, Solstheim doesn’t have a place to get a horse. However, there are several workshop options and an ingame option.

Netch Jelly can be found within homes in Solstheim or other buildings, so it is best to check out the surrounding places first. Next, Netch Jelly is always found on the corpse of a Netch. So killing a Netch family will grant three Netch Jelly at the least.
Who buys East Empire pendants?

When speaking with Fethis Alor in Raven Rock, he will mention that the East Empire Pendants are a great souvenir from older times. He will pay 500 gold for each Pendant recovered. All pendants can be found in East Empire Strongboxes.
Can you bring a horse to Solstheim?
Arvak can be summoned in Solstheim, while other horses cannot be brought to the island.
