How do I renew my Medi-Cal in Alameda County?
Renewal. Medi-Cal benefits must be renewed at least once every 12 months. Some benefits are renewed automatically. If your benefits cannot be renewed automatically, we will mail you forms that you need to submit back to Alameda County Social Services Agency.
Do you have to reapply for Medi-Cal every year?
